Introduction
The security and privacy of our Clients' information is a top priority for our business. This document outlines the policies and procedures used to protect the personal data that is held or processed by our systems.

Data Security
Access to Client information held by Sirenic is protected both electronically and by manual security procedures. Sirenic own and operate the servers on which our services run and enforce strict controls over access to these systems. Sirenic may lease infrastructure (hosting, bandwidth etc.) from carefully chosen, reputable suppliers, however third parties are not permitted access to Client data except where otherwise stated or required by law.

Sirenic has put stringent security measures in place to ensure the security of the data on our servers including the use of firewalls, encryption and passwords, as well as ensuring the physical security of the systems.

Services and web sites we sponsor also have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

Employee Confidentiality
All of the employees of Sirenic are governed by obligations of confidentiality that they are required to sign on becoming employed by the Company. These obligations limit the dissemination of personal and confidential information to only other employees or contractors having a "need to know."

Virtual Private Networks
Where a Virtual Private Network is established to a Client network, Sirenic and the Client agree to limit access to machines within their own network by specifying a range of IP Addresses that are available to the other party. Neither party will attempt to access machines outside of the range that has been allocated to them, and access within the range of permitted systems will be restricted to the data required to run Sirenic's service.

Sirenic and the Client agree to take reasonable precautions to ensure that machines that have access to the virtual private network are only accessible by authorised users, that their use is protected to prevent unauthorised user access, both physically and through electronic means.

Sirenic Partners
Some Sirenic products and services may be offered to Clients in conjunction with a non-affiliated partner. In order to provide Clients some of these products and services, the partner may need to collect and maintain personal information. In these instances, the Client will be notified before any such data is collected or transferred and may decide not to use that particular service or feature, at the Client's full discretion. Sirenic will share non-identifying and aggregate information, but not personal information, with such partners in order to administer the co-branded products or services offered.

Advertisements
Sirenic may display online advertisements. We may share aggregated and non-identifying information about our Clients with these advertisers. Additionally, in some instances, we may use this aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements. Sirenic does not share personal information about its Clients with these advertisers.

Email
Sirenic does not share Client email addresses with any third party. Should Clients send email enquiries to Sirenic, the return email address may be used to answer the email enquiry received. Similarly email addresses supplied to Sirenic may be used to remind a Client of a forgotten id or password. Sirenic may use Client email addresses to notify them of changes to the terms or services to which they are subscribed and to keep them informed of related services. Client email addresses will not be used for any other purpose.

Relay of Content
Sirenic's search technology constantly retrieves information located worldwide throughout the Internet. Sirenic has no control over other sites and thus makes no guarantees with regard to the accuracy, currency, content or quality of any such sites. Furthermore, because some content on the Internet consists of material that is adult-oriented or otherwise objectionable to some people and such material is often misrepresented, retrieval operations may automatically and unintentionally generate links or references to objectionable material. Sirenic does not accept responsibility for the nature of the content, nor its suitability for the intended recipient.

Customer Surveys
We may periodically conduct both business and individual customer surveys. We encourage our customers to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of services we offer and how we provide them to you. Your personal information and responses will remain strictly confidential, even if the survey is conducted by a third party. Participation in our customer surveys is voluntary.
We take the information we receive from individuals responding to our Customer Surveys and combine (or aggregate) it with the responses of other Sirenic customers to create broader, generic responses to the survey questions. We then use the aggregated information to improve the quality of our services to you, and to develop new services and products. This aggregated, non-personally identifying information may be shared with third parties.

How to Access or Modify Information
Sirenic offers Clients the opportunity to access or modify their information by accessing the Sirenic Profile, or in the case of information supplied for registration and billing, Clients can send updated information to Sirenic by email. Sirenic cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent illegal access to client data.
