Lipworth Capital is a venture capital investment and advisory group
which provides financial advisory services to the private equity and
technology sectors. Since inception, the company has undertaken over
40 investments and fund raising assignments, amounting to over $200M.
The company was established in late 1995 by Bertrand Lipworth, following
12 years’ investment banking at Samuel Montagu (now HSBC), Lazard
and Kidder, Peabody (now UBS).

DNA genetically engineered product (Genentech, Inc.), and the first
