How to find us

By Car:
From M3:
At the M27 East junction take the A33 exit sign posted Southampton. Continue straight over the roundabout onto the A33 (Bassett Avenue). Follow this road straight down into Southampton. At the bottom of The Avenue there is an area of trees between the north and south-bound carriageways. At this point, follow signs for the City Centre and Docks and this will take you to a roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and enter the right hand lane. Follow the road right at the traffic lights, head straight down and you will see signs for Ocean Village. Follow these and you will come across "Ocean Village" written in large letters against the side of a building on the right hand side at a traffic light junction. Turn left here into Royal Crescent, then left again remaining in Royal Crescent. Go under a railway bridge and turn right at the end of the road into Chantry Road. Basepoint Enterprise Centre can be seen on the right at the junction with Anderson's Road.

From M27:
At the end of the M271 follow signs to "Waterfront" & "West Quay". Keep following these signs and as you approach West Quay you will bear right across Mountbatten way onto the A33 West Quay road. Continue following signs for "Waterfront" and shortly after you have passed the Red Funnel terminal you will see signs for Ocean Village. Follow these and you will come across "Ocean Village" written in large letters against the side of a building on the right hand side at a traffic light junction. Turn left here into Royal Crescent, then left again remaining in Royal Crescent. Go under a railway bridge and turn right at the end of the road into Chantry Road. Basepoint Enterprise Centre can be seen on the right at the junction with Anderson's Road.
